I am an attorney with 10 years experience in real estate and business law. My main area of expertise is ongoing legal advise to all participants of the real estate market: investors, contractors, housing associations, real estate brokers, property managers, including during court proceedings.

Before becoming independent advocate, I was an advocate trainee at a well-known Warsaw based law office specializing in so-called “Warsaw property”. This area still holds a special place in my practice.

I am a lecturer at the European University of Law and Administration, I also conduct trainings in the field of real estate law, in particular construction law.

I have extensive experience in the legal audit of real estate, which is the basis for making rational and economically justified decision, as well as real estate transactions, especially problematic properties. I advise owners of recovered property planning its commercialization.

I represent clients in both administrative and court proceedings. I have successfully represented clients before common courts, the Supreme Court, provincial administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court in cases of precedence, including those relating to development of property.

I advise clients on day-to-day operations in corporate matters, represent them during negotiations of commercial contracts and in courts.

I am a member of the Real Estate Law Section of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

I publish articles and comments on real estate law in the daily press and on internet portals (Rzeczpospolita, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Metro Warszawa).
