I am an attorney at the District Bar Association in Warsaw. In 2016, I passed the entrance exam for attorney application with honors. I graduated from the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin with a very good note.

I have experience in providing comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs. I have participated in transactions related to mergers and acquisitions of companies, as well as in transactions involving the sale of shares and stocks and the disposal of an enterprise. I supported the day-to-day operations of legal entities, advising on drafting and review of contracts, with particular attention to the client’s business interests. 

As part of my practice, I have also participated in litigation, acting for clients before courts of all instances, as well as at the pre-litigation stage. I have also represented Polish company in arbitration proceedings conducted outside Poland.

I have gained experience in reputable Warsaw law firms, in courts – as part of my internship and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. My areas of interest include in particular: commercial law, civil law, new technology law and litigation. I am fluent in English.

I am actively involved as a member of the Section of Copyright and New Technologies and the Section of Economic and Commercial Law at the District Bar Association in Warsaw.
