Ongoing legal advisory
We advise in registration, transformation, contract negotiations, transactions, recovery of receivables before courts and legal audits. If necessary, we cooperate with lawyers from other law areas, accountants, business advisors, property appraisers, real estate agents.
Bankruptcy, restructuring and consumer bankruptcy
We represent creditors in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. We help individuals to submit applications for the declaration of consumer bankruptcy and go through bankruptcy proceedings in court and during liquidation of the bankruptcy estate. We support our clients in contacts with the trustee and in the implementation of the repayment plan.
Compilance
We monitor legal amendments for our clients and advise them how to legally conduct their business in a given industry, meeting all regulatory requirements, e.g. reporting to the NBP (National Bank of Poland) or Statistical Office, personal data protection (RODO), e-commerce requirements, promotional and advertising campaigns. We also help in managing the risk of non-compliance, in its identification and verification, development of internal regulations and contacts with authorities.
